Web Services currently provides users who register to become HealingFamily.org Members ("Members") with access to certain services such as On-Line Class, On-Line consultation, On-Line message, on-Line Meditation and on-Line Discussion. Members are expected to refrain from engaging in any of the conduct prohibited by the Code of Conduct (Section 3) set forth in this TOS.

On-Line Discussion.
HealingFamily.org hosts a discussion board on the Site. Members are expected to refrain from engaging in any of the conduct prohibited by the Code of Conduct (Section 3) set forth in this TOS. Any Member failing to comply with the TOS may be expelled from a discussion board. HealingFamily.org may terminate or restrict such Member's continued access to the Site.

Monitoring
HealingFamily.org shall have right, but not obligation, to monitor the content of the Site at all times, including any discussion board, chat rooms and forums that may hereinafter be included as part of the Site, to determine compliance with this Agreement and any operating rules established by HealingFamily.org, as well as to satisfy any applicable law, regulation or authorized government request. Without limiting the foregoing, HealingFamily.org shall have the right to remove any material that HealingFamily.org, in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable to protect ourselves, our sponsors, and our Members and visitors.

Making Purchases
Certain products or services may be offered for sale on the Site. You may be asked by HealingFamily.org or the applicable third party to supply certain information, including, but not limited to, credit card or other payment information. When and if you register to become a Member, you agree to (a) provide true, accurate, complete, and current information (such information being the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. You acknowledge and agree that, if any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we reserve the right to terminate this TOS, your use of the Site.

As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select a username and password and for Web Services. We may refuse to grant you a username, password and/or domain name that impersonates someone else, is or may be illegal, is or may be protected by trademark or other proprietary rights law, is already in current use, is vulgar or otherwise offensive, may cause confusion, or for any other reason as determined by us in our sole discretion. 3. Code of Conduct

While using the Site or any services offered on or through the you agree not to:

(a) Restrict or otherwise interfere with the use of the Site (including without limitation any interference by means of "hacking" or "cracking" or defacing any portion of the Site) or disobey any requirements of any networks connected to discussion boards or Web Services;

(b) post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, ethnically sexually or otherwise harmful, or harms minors in any way or exploit images of children or is otherwise objectionable;

(f) post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses, worms, timebombs, Trojan Horses or any other harmful or disruptive computer code, files or programs;

(g) violate any applicable local, state, national or international law;

(h) modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, frame, mirror or disassemble any portion of the Site (or offer to do any of the above);

(i) use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or any content to retrieve, index, "data mine," harvest, collect or use information about users of the Site or your Website without their express consent;

(j) use discussion boards to post personal phone numbers and addresses;

(k) forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through Web Services or develop restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to from another accessible page);

(l) use your home page (or directory) as storage for remote loading or as a door or signpost to another home page.

4. Jurisdictional Issues

We control and operate this Site from our office in the United States. Persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent applicable. We reserve the right to limit the availability of the Site and/or the provision of any service or product described thereon to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction we so desire, at any time and in our sole discretion, and to limit the quantities of any such service or product that we provide.
